Johnny’s Dive ‘n’ Fun was established in 2004 at Secret Cove Beach Resort in Yumbing. Since then, our operation has grown to four (4) branches including Paras Beach Resort, Yumbing, Caves Dive Resort, Agoho and our newest, free-standing branch on Mantigue Island. Johnny’s is the only PADI sanctioned dive centre on Camiguin Island.
The owner simply wishes to retire - hence the business is for sale. Current owner has made no effort to establish tie-ups with other groups, agencies, dive shops or tour operators. There is no group business, no tour business and no travel agency business, yet we still make a small profit. We mention this only so that you know that the business is PRIME to grow.
All equipment is in good to very good condition, purchased in phases over the past seven years and in some cases new. The same is true with our boats and engines. Johnny’s has never cut corners to save money on equipment, parts or repairs.
Johnny’s Dive ‘n’ Fun is a true “TURN-KEY” business opportunity – meaning that EVERYTHING is fully operational and ready for your personal efforts. Johnny’s Dive has paid in full all necessary business permits and fees for the entire year of 2011. Johnny’s Dive has paid in full all SSS contributions for its employees (who qualify) for 2011. Mantigue Island rents have been paid in full up to July 2012. Rents for the other three locations are paid on a monthly basis. All four shops monthly rent total P11,000. Johnny’s has no debt and has never had any debt. There are no outstanding balances owed - anywhere. BIR taxes have been paid in full for 2010.
